We see everything from where our mind stands at this moment — without knowing it. Misunderstanding, conflict, anxiety and clinging often begin there.

格位Gewei · gé wèi

每一个念头都从某个位置出发。这个位置不是身份、角色或品位，而是此刻这颗心本身。看见它，就能转它。

Every thought arises from a standpoint — not your role, title or taste, but the state of your mind at this moment. Once you see it, you can shift it.

同一句话，站在不同的格位，听到的就不一样Same words. A different standpoint, a different meaning.

格位是根，五功是一条可以学的路：前三功看见自己的心，后两功带着这颗心进入世界。

Gewei is the root; the Five Disciplines are a path you can walk. The first three see your own mind; the last two carry it into the world.

Gewei · Selfless within the self

「“格位”的智慧，最终落脚就一个现世、大街上、过日子的“脱我执”。」

有“我”，但不被“我”抓住。Keep a self without clinging to it — on the street, in daily life.

Qiejing · Settled while walking and dwelling

「日常、过日子的“三昧”，闹市活泼“入定”。」

别把名字、说法当成事情本身；在闹市里也能定得住。Don’t mistake words for reality; stay settled amid the bustle.

Dangji · Seeing the mind in events

「从“事、物”观心，由“心”了物。」

你看到的都经过心里的结构；从具体的事上看见自己的心。What you see is shaped by your mind; read your mind in what happens.

Two-sided thinking · Meeting each person where they are

「心与心的界面，是格位与格位的关系。」

人与人之间，是两个位置的相遇；话要落在对方接得住的地方。Between two people, two standpoints meet; speak where the other can receive.

Jingcheng · Wisdom that flows with conditions

「我们最后活成什么样子是由我们的活法决定的，而不是某一个决策决定的。」

人是被走过的路塑造的；不执着某一个点，看整个过程。You become the path you walk, not any single decision.

五爱 Five Loves

缺什么爱，就去创造它、给出去。

06 Open to every tradition

心学不属于任何一家 The learning of the heart-mind belongs to no school

「心学是关于心灵的学问、心灵的突破，它不是任何家的，它不是任何一家。」
