In plain words白话
First, see it: where is my mind standing right now? Every thought starts from somewhere — worry, comparison, hurt, hope — and that starting point decides what you see. The practice is not to find a better place to stand, but to see that “I” am standing there. Once seen, the grip loosens.
Try it试一试
Next time a remark stings, pause and ask only: where was I standing when I heard it?
Exercise designed by the editorNot to be confused with常见误解
Gewei is not identity or rank, nor having the “right position”.
